The World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic Northrend Epic Upgrade was a premium, optional bundle for WotLK Classic.
It included all the items from the Northrend Heroic Upgrade, plus a few exclusive additions:
Core Features & Upgrades:

Level 70 Character Boost: Instantly boosts one character on your WotLK Classic account to level 70, ready to begin the Northrend campaign. (Note: Limit one boost per WoW account, and it could not be used on a Death Knight character).

Boosted Character Supplies: The boosted character also received Expert Riding Skill, appropriate level 70 gear, a mount, and a small amount of starting gold.

30 Days of Game Time: This added 30 days of subscription time to your overall World of Warcraft account, providing access to all versions of the game (Classic Era, WotLK Classic, and the modern game).
